"Very nice property. We did not use the restaurant so no opinions there. The hotel is old, fairly well maintained. No elevator, so if you're on the 3rd floor, be ready to climb some stairs."

"The cabin was exactly as described on-line and everything went according to promise. All communication was was by text and on-line and worked very well. The cabin was very comfortable, clean and easily accessed. It’s within walking distance, if you are able, of most things the village of Cloudcroft has to offer. We will be returning here again as soon as we can."
