"While there were areas in need of improvement, Im going 5 star for the simple fact of the grace I was given as last minute during our pool dip, I found out I had left my wallet at the Ihop up the street. Money, ID, cc, everything was GONE. Kudos to Ihop for getting it all back to me safely. But huge thankyou to the Hotel ftont desk staff for understanding the chaos as we checked out about 45 min late and recieved absolutely NO harassment about our timing. "The shuttle to Disneyland is helpful! It runs quite often and fits a lot of guests at one time. The bar/restaurant serves good food and drinks. My only complaint is that we were given a room in the “other” tower which was clearly older and a little run down. I’ve stayed here before in the main tower, and those rooms are very nice."

"It was a close walk to Downtown Disney, Disneyland Hotel and Disneyland. Breakfast can be included for an additional price which is convenient. Beware of the onsite parking fee which is approx $30 per day. Staff at breakfast were very friendly and helpful. The property is a bit dated and could use some upgrades. Overall this is a nice location, great price and I would recommend to my travel clients. "

"Excellent customer service, felt welcomed the moment I set foot on the premises, greeted by the parking lot staff, the front desk staff greeted with smiles, positive attitudes and helpful when we asked questions or needed answers, housekeeping was friendly and efficient, Cecilia was a pleasure to talk to and brought us extras needed amenities right away! Love the ambiance and it’s family friendly! One of the best hotels I’ve been to as a pass holder I can attest to this, definitely will be back!...
