"I do not know where to start with this. I was so disgusted when My Son and I checked in very late.. we were extremely tired and the front desk gentleman was the most rudest ever. I currently work in the hotel industry as an FOM and I know how we strive to provide excellent customer service especially when late night travelers are coming through.. I believe his name was Josh. He would cut me off during my sentence when I would ask him a question. It looks like he was annoyed frustrated it...

"Rooms were clean and comfortable, there were also so many magical details in the room. Staff were very helpful and parking was easy/close by. The only issue I would say is there aren’t enough food options in the actual resort (especially during our stay as the restaurant there was being remodeled)."
