"Great location! "

"There’s a shuttle that takes you to and back from Disneyland every 15-30 minutes. The room wasn’t so clean. I had other dogs’ kibble leftovers on the floor. Overnight parking is $25 plus tax. Pet fee is one time $150 (one to two dogs). Staff members were very nice. The Hanagi sushi place was DELICIOUS! There is also a small game room that kids can enjoy—even adults (there is one pool table). "

"We were extremely disappointed with our stay and feel the listing is completely misleading. The room had a strong, musty odor, and the air conditioner was a wall unit that barely worked—it only seemed to cool the bathroom, leaving the rest of the room uncomfortable. The beds were clearly very old; every movement caused them to sink and make loud creaking noises, making it difficult to get any rest. To make matters worse, my daughter’s pajamas went missing during our stay, which we strongly...

"Upon arrival was informed pool was closed. Very disappointed. First room was very old crumbs on floor. Later found a cockroach in the bathroom. Called the front desk and they immediately changed our room and gave us breakfast vouchers for the rest of our stay. Staff was very pleasant and willing to help us out. Grounds were clean and breakfast was great!! The lady at the breakfast counter was so sweet and very friendly. "

"Super friendly staff. Generally clean rooms, with the exception of filthy windows which were broken and wouldn’t even open. Excellent location near the park. So grateful they offer the full kitchen. Timing of housekeeping was very poor. During our four night visit they wanted to clean our room on day 3, the day before we check out. What’s the point in that?!? Overall, we are always generally satisfied with our stay at the clementine hotel. "

"I would say the bar has a fair amount of choices. The pool area is nice. It is within walking distance of Disneyland."

"The bathtub drained inconsistently—at times slowly and at other times normally—resulting in minor water buildup. While noticeable and somewhat unpleasant, it did not require maintenance."
