"We stayed for 2 nights and had the waterpark package. I will start by saying we got upgraded to a nicer room as the hotel is under renovations right now, the room was nice! Not the cleanest, but renovated and new. We had a couple issues, our coat hanger fell out of the wall and the shower had an issue with only having super hot water.. but the staff did quickly come and help! "The Fairmont is typically a great stay, however, this time there was no hot water in the morning at 6 am in my room. It was odd. The water from the toilet after flushing was really hot and the shower was cold. Called front desk to let them know. Not sure what happened- maybe it was the ghosts of the hotel having fun. Staff and amenities are always incredible!"

"While the hotel is reasonably priced and well-located, my stay was overshadowed by poor cleanliness and an unprofessional service policy.
Key Issues:
Poor Housekeeping: Housekeeping did not service my room during my stay, despite me never placing a "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door. When I mentioned this at checkout, the front desk staff simply asked if I had requested service. It is highly unusual to have to request daily room cleaning as a standard hotel guest.
