"The Blue Mountain Inn is a great place to stay. The rooms and hotel overall could definitely use some upgrades and/or a bit of a refresh, but the staff make the stay all that much better. "It was easy check-in! The room was clean. Community was cute. Quick drive to The Village. Better signage/instruction for the air conditioner controls would be nice. Quick response for clearer directions/instructions. Informing occupants that there is no smoking on the balcony would be good too Overall we had a great time and we consider staying here again. "

"The people at the property were great and the place was good the problem was Expedia advertising outdoor pool when there was not and not trying to solve problem with refund or make sure to find a pool for us the manager at resort was great and helped us with all our issues "

"Townhome was big with modern kitchen. Master bedroom was large and bathroom was fantastic. Support staff was easy to reach and responsive and got the internet sorted out within a couple of hours. Pool was nice and close by. Would have been nice to have an adult pool or better hours instead of 7-9 am and 7-9 pm of which the guests didn't respect as children were in the pool during "adult" times. With so many kids in the pool you can't even go for laps."
