"The room we were assigned to was very outdated. The bathroom did not seem that it was cleaned well from the prior room attendants. The beds were okay, but also need updating. The best part of this hotel was the access to the pool and the beach. I will not recommend this hotel especially for the price they are charging. I will not book this hotel in my future stays in the area."

"Let me start with our room service. It was semi cleaned the first day and was never cleaned the days after. No clean towels were provided for us so we had to use the pool towels provided downstairs. We did call the front desk about our room not being cleaned and was told someone will get to it. (Never happened) We also asked the cleaning staff for help when on our floor but were rude when asked about towels or when our room will be cleaned. "Relaxing stay. Good amenities. Breakfast hours could start later as vacationers with kids are usually not up at 6:30 am. By 9:00 am, breakfast items were mostly all out."

"We stayed from June 30 through July 8, and unfortunately the housekeeping service was very disappointing. Our room was only cleaned twice during our stay. I specifically requested that both beds receive fresh sheets, that the room be vacuumed because of the sand, and that towels and toiletries be replenished. Only one bed had its sheets changed, the carpet still had sand on it, and we were left with just two towels and two washcloths. We made five trips to the front desk for additional towels...

"The property was in disrepair. There were loose tiles in the bathroom and the towel racks were rusted. The toilet paper holder was also very rusted. Had to go to the lobby to get coffee in the morning. You get what you pay for. Was just passing through on my way home. Would not stay at this hotel again. They need to renovate their rooms."
