"Location by the Main was very good, easy walking to many attractions incliding the 'New Old Town. Room facilities are very good with aircon, convection heating, and well equipped kitchenette. Double glazing and blackout curtains made our stay quiet and comfortable for a couple. Service and staff were excellent. All requests were met willingly and promptly. "The Doorman had a very comfy bed, fully equipped kitchen, great bathroom, air con and lovely balcony. Despite being in the city centre it was very quiet at night. The only issue, I was never sent access instructions and had to phone up! But I would definitely stay again. "

"I stayed at ipartments near Frankfurt Airport and was pleasantly surprised by the convenience and setup. The location is excellent — you can walk from the airport if you’re traveling light (I did), but honestly, an Uber is easier. There’s a Rewe supermarket right next door, which makes stocking up super convenient. Once you understand the self-check-in system, it’s smooth and efficient. "When we arrived, the code was not working in the room that we booked. We sent a message to the support team and they helped to solve the problem fast. The room was clean and comfortable. Since the hotel was close the central main station, there were a lot of drug user. so we were concerned to walk at night."

Surrounded not pleasant

"Location and overall hotel was fine . No complained 👍 But surrounding were not pleasant . Moving with all the time very mindful with your belonging . Hotel situated at the main bus station , nightmare with noise in early morning and voices around . Nothing in the room except shower gel and shampooo , towel . That’s all "
