"I expected better from a hotel owned by the Tata group or using the TATA brand. This was perhaps the worst hotel I have seen. The bedsheets were dirty with stain marks.
The room was in a dilapidated condition. Very cramped. "

"スタッフは基本的に愛想が良く、親身になって話を聞いてくれる。しかし、残念ながらサービスの質は良くはない。
事前にメールで空港でのピックアップを予約し、先方も了解の返事をしていたにもかかわらず、空港到着時にドライバーがいなかった。ホテルへの電話もなかなか繋がらず、空港でかなり待ちぼうけする羽目になった。
部屋は広いが、水回りと床が非常に汚い。また、蚊が多い。
寺院が立ち並ぶ旧市街までは歩いて10～20分程度で、州立博物館もすぐなので、ロケーション的には悪くない。
なので、サービスに期待しない上であれば、良いのかもしれない。"

"This property is very close to Railway Station and Airport.
Lots of shopping citations around you.
Bit old and calls for a renovation but wud recommend for short and decent stay!!!"
