"Have stayed here several times. Staff always friendly and efficient. The breakfast buffet is very copious with lots of choices. Convenient to Natural History Museum. "

"We were the only "European" tourists staying in the hotel but were made to feel very welcome. The food was excellent and while relatively expensive compared to some of the local restaurants still very good value. Only down side is that if they have a wedding etc on it can be noisy in the garden rooms and the pool/pool area can be out of use."

"It is a useless hotel to stay. The check in time is 9AM and when We reached at 1300 hrs found out the phone in the room was out of order. That means They don't check the room before giving to guests. That means they don't bother. They got it rectified at 6 PM. The check out time is 7AM. but when I asked for tea at room at 6AM, they told that the Resturant opens at 0730 hrs. So no tea before that. How can a person checkout at 7 AM, if tea is not served at 6AM. While checking out, ...

"The hotel is nice and clean with very friendly staff. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The food served in the restaurant is varied and tasty. The waiting staff in the restaurant are slow to attend. Overall enjoyed the hotel, amenities, and the travel plans they arranged."
