"Great modern hotel on the edge of Toulouse centre. A lovely vibe about the place. The rooftop pool was a nice addition to unwind after a day walking around the City. Room was clean. Free WiFi. Decent downstairs cafe which is reasonably priced. Outside the magnificent Japanese inspired Jardin Compans-Caffarelli is a 5 minute walk away. I would recommend this hotel."

"It wasn’t a 4 star hotel experience. It can be seen like it from the way is advertised and looks on pic. The room was small, no proper mugs for coffee in the room just paper one ( no milk sachets provided either which with the amount of English tourists visiting ( drinking tea with milk ) is kind a strange). Cleaning issue in the bathroom especially around the edges of the shower. Room was not cleaned one day at all. Second day cleaned only partially ( bed was made but bin not emptied and dirty...

"It was a wonderful historic hotel with many excellent staff caring for our every need. The restaurant 5 star with delicious creations. Breakfast staff helpful and some excellent choices to eat before we set off for our day. Mathilde was wonderful and not only looked after our food choices but also gave us a few destination suggestions. From here it is a short trip to Pont de Gard where we swam below a Roman bridge also Gordes and Isle le Sorgue. Hope to return."

"Un hotel en la misma plaza del capitolio, pero muy envejecido. Las habitaciones y áreas comunes necesitan un refresh. Apenas tenía prestaciones la habitación, los tomacorrientes detras de las mesas de noche, moqueta dentro de la habitación. Les recomiendo una mejora."

"Il est bien situé : à seulement 5-10 minutes à pied des commerces et des restaurants. Les chambres sont bien équipées et disposent de tout le nécessaire. Le personnel était serviable et sympathique. Dans l'ensemble, j'y retournerais volontiers."

"We absolutely loved our stay!! It was conveniently located with only a minute walk to the sanctuary of Lourdes. The food at the restaurant was fabulous and the staff were incredibly kind and thoughtful. We highly recommend and will stay there again in the future."

"The room was ok. Outdated. The problem is that I felt unsafe. I left a day before due to this. If u are traveling by yourself be very aware. At night as I enter the elevator via a dark corridor two man tried to stop the elevator and enter. I felt very uneasy. No staff was around. I got off the elevator once they enter. Again no security."
