"Went to Lourdes on Pilgrimage, as it was on my bucket list. Was truly all I had hoped and so. Cut more, filled with so many blessings, and the presence of our Virgen Mother. Hotel was in perfect location, right near the Grotto, Notre Dame Cathedral. Near good cafe and shops too. Definitely recommend and will be back!"

"Loved our rooms. Not in main hotel building - in a small courtyard behind it. Perfect for us - so pleased we were allocated those 2 rooms. Only reason not given 5 stars is the difference in room equipment. No fridge in one and a fridge not working in the other. "

"Es la segunda vez que uso ese hotel, me gusta que tiene estacionamiento gratis y el de paga techado, el bufete de desayuno tiene huevo!! A pie para ir a la gruta "

"Loved this hotel. Spent 5 nights here this past week with my daughter. All the staff are amazing! Arrived late and very dirty from hiking and the check in was so fast and friendly, they took care of parking my car and I was so grateful to be in my room showering within minutes. Breakfast on the terrace is lovely especially if you enjoy watching all the little birds. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Cant say enough about how great the staff are. "

Great view of Carcassonne from the little terrace and only an 8 minute walk. Plenty of dining options right outside your door."

"We have been blessed a room with beautiful view of the river & mountain. Staff in hotel were very helpful and friendly and we received much guidance on how to get around Lourdes from Front Desk, Ms Vanessa. Though the official breakfast time was 7am, hotel is very accomodating to start breakfast as early as 6.30am for guests who are required to depart early. Will definitely be back next year for our pilgrimage again."

"Great service at reception, weight staff was outstanding, only negative is the shower and tower tub were awkward to use dangerous to get in and out had to be very very careful and I am relatively young and agile."
