"Hotel incrível. Arquitetura deslumbrante, quarto amplo, confortável. Estando no hotel não é precisp se preocupar com nada. Funcionários muito solicitos que organizaram previamente todas as atividades que solicitei, como a degustação VIK e um picnic nos vinhedos. Excelente jantar harmonizado. Café da manhã, embora de alta qualidade, poderia ter um pouco mais de opções. "

"It’s a very special place! It’s very difficult to photograph but it’s charming, authentic and wonderful. We booked dinner in Santa Cruz (and they arranged transportation for us) but after having breakfast there, we should have eaten there! It was great. This place is a quaint, hidden gem!"

"We were greeted by Rosita who was the most lovely hostess ever. She had our rooms ready early and adjusted to our requests. She ALSO made a Dr appointment for one of our party at a great local clinic. AND she let me park my car there for a few days while we made our trip to ski in Chillan. Rosita went over and above our expected hospitality. And her English was amazing. We WILL be back. "
