"All the amenities were good. The young lady that checked us in was ok. Just in the middle of our what should have been (quick check in) she stopped, helped another customer on the convenient store area which literally just walked in and we waited. The customer service was a little lacking. Check out was quick and easy, very cheerful greeting from a different young lady in the morning. Thank you… we will definitely stay here again next time through this area."

"The property is "old chic" with old big band music playing in some public areas. The bar and restaurant were cool and packed with people when we were there, but we were seated in the restaurant without having a reservation. The hallway by the rooms was kind of dark at night adding to the spooky aura (the hotel is supposed to be haunted). It was bright during the day because of the skylights.
