"Overall it was a good stay. Front reception staff were very experienced and organized in checking in our large group into the hotel. The hotel facilities are kept in good condition. I think the cleanliness of the rooms could have improved considering the 5 star allocation to the hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and willing to help. Food was okay, however there are not many options in the area so the hotel food may have been the best in the area. "

"The room was spacious and clean but it was freezing cold. I almost got sick from the cold."

"2泊3日しましたが、総合的にとても大満足でした！泊まってよかったです！まず、飛行機の遅延の影響でチェックインが深夜3時になってしまいましたが、メッセージを送ったらその時間でも大丈夫、とのことで、無事に対応いただけました。朝も6:00の電車があり、5:00にチェックアウトと朝食を持たせてくれました。本当に優しいスタッフでした。また、朝食夕食もお願いしましたが、とても眺めのいいレストランで、料理も美味しく、本当に良かったです。ありがとうございました！"

"we had a lovely time in Galway Heights. We really liked the location in a small rural road close to a hindu temple and small village and in the tea plantations. Breakfast was very nice, and the staff very attentive. The only grievance was the lack of elevator. We would definitely recommend this."

"The Cheriz Boutique is beautiful. It is very peaceful and relaxing. The view of the tea plantation was just stunning. This is a great place for a couple's retreat - peaceful and romantic. The staff were very nice and the a la carte menu was great. It is an ideal hotel to escape to and relax. "

"It was a cute vintage bunglow with 3 rooms. I really enjoyed the antique set up. The shower and furniture were so cute and antique. Customer services was amazing. Highly recommended!"
