They told me to cancel the double charge but they cancel the 50$ i paid in tarlac instead of cancelling the $67. I hope they can fix this error."

They just drop the food without any confirmation. Our bathroom on the first day got clogged, and had someone come in to unclog it. This happened on the first day. "Do not stay at this property. The photos are outdated and very misleading. Upon arrival, the building looked abandoned and unsettling. The room we were initially assigned was not safe or suitable for sleeping—there were many mosquitoes, and the bathroom was unsanitary. We requested a room transfer and were asked to pay additional money. Even after transferring, the new room still had mosquitoes. Both my child and I ended up with numerous mosquito bites.
