"Enjoyed our stay. Close to the

with its own boardwalk and fire pit! Pool was beautiful. Overall room was clean. Only downside was check in at 4pm ( we got text at 3:59) and checkout at 10am but they let us checkout at 11am without paying extra! The property feels more geared towards older crowd less kids so was a nice weekend getaway!"

"This use to be my go-to hotel for Corpus, but it really has gone down. Mind you this is an older hotel, but it could really use a makeover. The tv was old school and didn't work, the drain in the bathtub didn't drain well, the ceiling in the room NEEDS to be cleaned. Other than that, the location is great because you can go straight to the

from the hotel and IF the weather is bad, they have a big indoor pool, hot tub, and there's a little store inside the hotel as well. The staff was...

"I loved my two nights here. This is not a corporate hotel: it's quirky and interesting. Meticulously clean, but a little battered, kind of like all of us. Easy walk to the aquarium, right next door to the ramp to the USS Lexington, right next door to Pier 99 (yes, I went for lunch and then again for dinner, amazing food and so pleasant outdoor seating). Loved my room. Bed was comfy; shower had insane water pressure and wonderful hot water; floors were hard wood (or something), not skanky carpet....

"Roaches in the bed crawling on me! The toilet leaked into the bathroom. The bathroom was flooded when we left at 2:00 in the morning. You don’t even need to drive 3 minutes to the
beach
to wade in the surf! Fortunately Motel 6 up the road “kept the light on for us”. It was about 10 minutes additional drive to the
beach
but worth it! Motel 6 had a clean room, friendly staff, a pool, good coffee in the morning and ice machines. And it was cheaper! "
