"Prinzipiell hat uns das Hotel gut gefallen, allerdings hatten wir für ein 5-Sterne-Haus etwas mehr erwartet. Bereits zu Beginn sind uns im Zimmer einige Mängel aufgefallen, unter anderem ein defektes Schrankscharnier, eine schiefe Toilettenpapierhalterung sowie Haare im Bereich der Waage. Auch mussten wir mehrfach um einen weiteren Kofferständer bitten, bevor dieser schließlich gebracht wurde. Etwas irritiert waren wir zudem über den späten Reinigungsservice. "Usually I love this place. Stayed here many times before but this time we had a few issues. Soap and shampoo were not filled in the shower. The fridge in the room made a high pitch noise all night, and there was a lot of noise, both from above and in the hallway. Sounded like construction."

He was friendly, kind and very knowledgeable about the many activities in the area. Our room was comfortable, clean and had an excellent view of the harbor. "I liked the indian style decorations. The parking was ok. The breakfast was ok, except the coffee, which was horrible. Same for the coffee in the main lobby. When I asked if I could get a stronger coffee, I was told to drive to get one. The room was clean, but the pillows were not comfortable to sleep.The receptionist was polite, but the internet did not work, despite staff intervention and our requests for help. Convenient location to sleep one night, I would not reccomend for more."

"The lady at the front desk pulls a fast one. The ad says no parking but when you get there, she will charge you 20 bucks a night for parking. Keep in mind, there’s free parking in every direction for blocks. When I pointed out the ad stating no parking after she tried to charge me for parking on the lot, she got extremely upset and didn’t even want to look stating “ I don’t care!” She didn’t even maintain professionalism when I checked out and was extremely nice to her, didn’t once raise my...
