Book elsewhere -Room smells of mildew -Mould in the shower -Dust build up in the ceiling vents -Ceiling had extensive water damage -Dust over all the furniture -Washroom soap dispensers covered in green/brown grime. We originally had two nights booked. We didn’t finish our stay with this hotel."

"The room was pretty clean apart from the fact that it was damp probably due to the carpet. The hotel definitely is a bit outdated. The breakfast was good and staff were friendly. Overall a good experience. Enjoyed the pool and bath tub!"

"This is not a 4 star hotel. Bonvoy is crap. Asked for a higher floor room call when to a call center and was not conveyed to the hotel. Dog poop on the main lobby. Yuk"

"As soon as I walk in, I realize I can eat off this floor right now. That's how clean this place is. And I was like, d*** this place. This place smells so good. Holy man, look how bougie this place is man. All the lights have dimmer switches. The view is amazing Love the hot tub, but the black flies were brutal. They'll get you.\n But had a wonderful stay and will be back. The black won't bother you after Like 9 or 10 o'clock. And iwas like damn look at the shower head that's crazy."
