"Location is fantastic. 9* The room size is small clean which is alright. Noisy external tram / train noise. Later midngt, young guys with loud music hanging around. At 3am next door room had late ngts screaming laughing. Hard to sleep."

"It is a basic clean hotel. The concept is efficiently operated. 24/7 in house staff to address the needs. The location to Oslo s is only a mere 3min walk. Citybox oslo is kind enough to change my room facing noisy trams line. Subsequently, my room was facing void courtyard where i could hear chinese couple quarrel.at 4am, loud hp music, talkg till late at night from nearby windows and also my opp room. Depending on your luck, it could be pleasant. Pantry is available at ground floor."

"Die Lage ist prima, aber das Hotel ist überbewertet und damit zu teuer. Das Zimmer mini, man kann keine zwei Koffer gleichzeitig öffnen. Besser eine andere Alternative für Bergen prüfen!"

"Room was a nice size, comfortable beds, and location was fabulous. Right in the city center with easy access to tram and trains. Staff were very helpful."

"The staff were super friendly and helpful. I am a wheelchair user and was able to stay in the shared rooms and access everything. It helps that I am really strong and great at transfers as the rooms/bathrooms are not truly accessible. They did have a shower chair and the place was well maintained and clean. Sarah was the person I interacted with the most and was really helpful. Over all it was a great stay and I will stay again if I’m in Oslo! Thank you!"

"Everything was good about the hotel except if you are using the train station earlier than a certain time, you cannot go through the entrance of the hotel from the inside (where there is a working elevator to take you up to the next level. Instead you have to go through the square and down and up stairs (we had several pieces of luggage) and the only elevator to get up the stairs near the train station was out of order). It is not easy with even rolling bags to maneuver with uneven stones....

Colazione davvero eccellente, con ampia scelta e prodotti di qualità. Ottimo anche il rapporto qualità-prezzo. Personale cortese e disponibile. Lo consiglio sicuramente e ci tornerei volentieri."
