"Location is fantastic. 9* The room size is small clean which is alright. Noisy external tram / train noise. Later midngt, young guys with loud music hanging around. At 3am next door room had late ngts screaming laughing. Hard to sleep."

"It is a basic clean hotel. The concept is efficiently operated. 24/7 in house staff to address the needs. The location to Oslo s is only a mere 3min walk. Citybox oslo is kind enough to change my room facing noisy trams line. Subsequently, my room was facing void courtyard where i could hear chinese couple quarrel.at 4am, loud hp music, talkg till late at night from nearby windows and also my opp room. Depending on your luck, it could be pleasant. Pantry is available at ground floor."

"Great location between parliament and castle along Karl Johen - rooms really nice - fantastic shower - and breakfast included was really first rate - eat a large one and it takes you to dinner. Alexandra on front desk was so helpful - went above and beyond for us - suggested a good walking tour and other side trips. I would highly recommend this hotel - walkable everywhere - and the car park isn’t too far away"

"The staff were super friendly and helpful. I am a wheelchair user and was able to stay in the shared rooms and access everything. It helps that I am really strong and great at transfers as the rooms/bathrooms are not truly accessible. They did have a shower chair and the place was well maintained and clean. Sarah was the person I interacted with the most and was really helpful. Over all it was a great stay and I will stay again if I’m in Oslo! Thank you!"
