"No acepten upgrades ni elijan la habitación 4 del interior del castillo,tampoco les recomendaría que se alojarán ,ya que mi experiencia en el no resultó positiva,luego me contestarán con algúna respuesta tipo,pero les aseguro que hay muchos castillos en Inglaterra mejores que este."

"Disabled traveller that requested a room near the lifts, checked in, out the lift and then 2 sets of stairs. Receptionist couldnt move me. Room not clean see photos attached and on a evening coming back to the hotel felt like a prison roll call. When i travel with work the amount i do not experienced this and would not stay here again "

"Il a été difficile de bien dormir. La chambre ne disposait pas de climatisation et il nous était impossible d'ouvrir la fenêtre, puisqu'elle donnait directement sur le terminus ferroviaire. Nous n'avions qu'un petit ventilateur pour deux lits simples, ce qui n'était malheureusement pas suffisant. En revanche, le service au Hudson, le restaurant de l'hôtel, était impeccable. L'équipe était attentionnée et le repas a été une très belle expérience."

"Rooms were perfect, decent size for a couple of nights stay. Foul smell from the drains though, not enough to change room but mentioned to staff to have a look. Would stay again though"

"At first a rather unassuming place along a very busy A1 main road, by a petrol station. Yet, once installed after a swift checkin with a very friendly member of staff, the view on the Northumberland countryside from the bedroom is nice and soothing, and the noise of traffic is absent. There are two options for a dinner, a café and a restaurant. The restaurant is the best for value. Quite a find. And did I mention the nice and helpful staff?"

"Rooms were fab - even though it was very hot this July we managed to stay cool! Staff were amazing and it's right next door to the puffin boat trips! We will definitely be back!!"

"Booked hotel as we were attending an event there. Perfect stay. Clean and quiet. Did not use amenities or have breakfast there due to other plans but meal at the event was lovely"

"Welcoming staff and parking is a positive. The toilets and showers are very poor. Doors on toilets don't lock properly, showers are very poor, no cleaning soap in shower or toilet or they were broken. This was on the 3rd floor. Don't know why I was on the third floor s there weren't many guests. Some guests I noticed leave a lot to be desired. I suppose you get what you pay for. This place is in need of a complete overhaul especially the toilet and shower facilities."
