"Hotel is up in mountains which makes the view BEAUTIFUL! Was kinda upset the restaurant was closed our whole stay. Breakfast was great made to order nice a fresh! Transportation to get where you wanted to go was kinda expensive.But it was available for us which is a plus! Its not your typical Resort no elevator. But overall we had a great time!!"

"The property was in very poor condition. There was a broken refrigerator on the back patio with the door still attached. Very dangerous for small children. There were bugs crawling all over the furniture. We would have left the property had it not been for the fact that it was just a overnight stay before heading to the airport. The itinerary stated that it would be a $35 cleaning fee. The host charged us $75. We are disputing this charge through our American Express account. You could bet...

"You have to walk up various hills to get to your room or wait in long lines to be shuttled via a 3 person max golf cart. The cart service is almost nonexistent during early morning hours which means that on most mornings you are walking down to the main building area or parking lot. Sometimes even when you get to the main building the doors are locked and no staff can be reached. Several times I called for golf cart service to be picked up to only be told that the staffers have not arrived or...

"The resort was clean and the employees were great. But the Cafe that had coffee and pastries was closed for the season . We went the last week of August. Also, the menu in the restaurant is very limited. We thought they would have seafood. The advertisement on the resort wall said, lobster, seafood , fish and evening specials. It wasn't anything like that. They had some fish sandwiches, hamburgers, taco's, and salads. So prepare ahead for food. Taxi service on the island is very expensive. ...
