"There are ants in wardrobe, coffee area, toilet... The stuff told us to spray insect repellent (inside the room) and kept the rubbish bin clear, but no housekeeping (to clear the bin) till at least 3pm the next day. Room access card not working after breakfast (before 9am) on the last day, and we were not the only room has this problem. "We only booked in late in evening and left early morning. The room was spotless and the aircon was on when we arrived. We were exhausted from travel and it was a pleasure to come to a room fully prepared. We were on the ground floor which was great and it was very quiet. The shuttle bus took us straight to airport next morning, no problems was very thankful for it, the whole resort looks amazing although we only saw it at night"
