"Bed and bedding was comfortable. Room size was large. AC was loud. Hot water temperature was hard to control. Noisy neighbor dogs at 6-8am. I would give a higher rating, but their check-out time was 10am when every other place I’ve stayed in the Philippines is noon. Honestly, I find 10am to be absurdly early. It just added unnecessary stress to our day. "

"Always a pleasure to return to this property. This time we were given one of the renovated rooms which now includes a desk and chair. A good addition. The big pluses remain the same...courteous and prompt service, clean, modern and air conditioned rooms, strong wifi, excellent location for shopping, dining and doing business in the centre of town. For those accustomed to spacious rooms, you will find these accommodations small but it is difficult to find other properties who can beat their rates. Looking forward to the next time. "

"Mosquito island! Fish ponds situated all over area, stagnant water breeding ground for mosquitoes! Beachfront ad but construction right on the beach going on and not disclosed! Loud noises from construction of new hotel next door! No gym, no tv, no hot water from toilet sink! Limited food selection at their restaurant! Water from toilet bidet stunk like sewer! "
