Cari Hotel di Northamptonshire

"While the house itself is one of the most beautiful stately homes in the UK, it was the staff at Rushton Hall that made my stay so special. I was actually there for two days of concentrated work and writing, away from distractions. Special shout out to Christine and Ruby and their superb customer service!"

"Staff was helpful and kind. The room was extremely average for the price (£340per night). The food at the restaurant also very average and expensive for nothing. I would not choose it again"

"Worth every penny"

"Nice"

"Lovely stay in a very classy and historical building. Staff were brilliant and very friendly. Loved the swimming pool. I would happily stay again."

"I was extremely disappointed with the cleanliness of the bathroom towels. They appeared to have been used and simply refolded, with visible hair on them. This is completely unacceptable and falls well below the basic hygiene standards expected of a hotel. I was also very unhappy about the parking charges. "We had a very long wait in the restaurant. Didn't seem enough staff to cope with the number of diners. And the jacuzzi still isn't working - it must be 18 months at least. Also the hot tub wasn't working either so a bit disappointing."

"The hotel is in a handy central location in the town, with plenty of easy parking. The staff were welcoming and helpful. We enjoyed drinks and tea in the lounge/bar area. The room was a reasonable size, but allowing space just for a smaller double bed. The en Suite bathroom was fine, except for a broken toilet seat. Breakfast in the spacious dining room was pleasant, with a good choice of continental and cooked items. Overall a good place to stay."
