Cari Hotel di Barat Laut

"Staff morale low and initiative and service was poor at times. Breakfast has deteriorated and not in keeping with 5 star service. Rooms need updating."

"This resort is clean. Well organized and friendly staff. Close to Sun city and Pilansberg. Shuttle service to Sun city included in your stay. Gorgeous view and you might hear the lions at night!!!"

"Family friendly"

"Great service and staff"

"The staff were the most impressive. Helpful, attentive and understanding."

"Great place"

"Everything was very good. the staff were attentive and catered for your every need. The hotel has a good selection of restaurants and of course there is the casino. There is also a nice pool with a bar and a food oulet. The only gripe I did have was that the hot water was seldem more than tepid. I reported this on occassions but to no avail. A short walk away is a shopping mall with more eateries and shopping."

"Amazing stay, five star Enjoyed , Clean, environment and good people"

"Tudo perfeito, local, acomodações, áreas comuns e especialmente toda a equipe de funcionários (de limpeza, recepcionistas, garçons, etc)"

"Basic, not the best facilities. Food was not great and took long to come. The rooms were clean"

"This was a great place to stay for our needs, a spacious chalet, well furnished, great bed, and outdoor had a nice bush experience with birds and antelope 👍.Golf course is good, restaurant superb 👌, we’ll be back soon 🙏👍"

"This review is specific to the chalet lodging and food provided. The chalet felt a bit too claustrophobic. The food provided- we had breakfast , lunch and dinner. All were terrible, too salty. On a different note, bush walk with the lions was out of the world."

"The rooms were very nice, clean and big. The only thing that was off was the toilet being separate from the showers and sink. So you would have to use the bathroom then come out into your room and wash your hands where the shower and sink was located. The staff were GREAT. Especially Gontse and Patricia. Always going the extra mile to help and make things convenient. Nice breakfast buffet with a variety to choose from. They even had chicken sausage for those who don’t eat pork. Megan, our guide...

"Beautiful clean room with beautiful views a wonderful bush experience."

"Absolutely stunning property with the nicest staff. Unforgettable experience"

"Great room with amazing views. Immediate responses from staff. Food offering at Twist let them down for 2 dinner services. Breakfast was sound though. Management did apologise and confirmed plans for the food service going forward. Spa is beautiful as well. Great place. Would definitely be back"

"The pre arrival information was great and the check in quick and easy. Staff were always helpful and courteous. The rooms were fair but we struggled to find plug points to charge phones etc. The bathroom was quite dark and the cold water tap dripped. Meals were served well and were more than adequate. The breakfast buffet was great."
