"This is the second time that I have spent my vacation and visiting family in your hotel and I was not disappointed the first or the second time. The front office staff was very accommodating and very helpful and everything that I needed. The restaurant it's an a+ in the chef and the pastry chef works extremely helpful. I celebrated my wife's birthday there and they were able to get me a cake within one day. The concierge was an amazing woman she made sure that everything was going as planned. I would give this hotel five stars."

The staff, especially Ms. Nadia at the reception, were super friendly and helpful. Super helpful reception, pool, super central with pick up for diving, and above all phantastic warm breakfast buffet, at least 7 daily changing dishes, fresh coffee with fresh milk a rarity in Indonesia, waffles donuts etc for the sweet tooth and super fresh papaya, pineapple, mango and water melon juices and their fruit!"
