"Great location, a few blocks away from the Cathedral and the train station. A lot of restaurants and bar near by. The room and bathroom were big enough and spotless clean. Staff was really friendly. We had a room with Cathedral view."

"We have very enjoyed our stay at the Urban Loft. Close to train station. Staff really friendly and super helpful. We were able to do early check in and leave bags during last day. Bed was very comfortable and the shower was good. The room wasn’t huge but fine for us. The room isn’t cleaned as standard during a two night stay and we were made aware of this on check in but told we could request clean towels if wanted. Would stay again."

"A good hotel which we used as a family as it was twenty mins from Phantasialand. Kids liked the pool, adults liked the sauna. All very clean and well presented. Would stay again."
