"The hotel is literally in the middle of the village and it looks like a middle age era, it's amazing. The receptionist was extremely warm welcome with us, the hotel is well care and the balcony view it's absolutely beautiful. The amenities provided it was okayish we prefer to use our products. The room was clean and well organized, but for couple a warning: the bed it's not unify by the mattress or pillow top, so if you move to much there will be gap in the middle of the bed. "Decent hotel, handy for the old town, modern city and bus/railway stations. Staff are helpful and speak excellent English. Breakfast is pretty decent. Shower slow to warm up but otherwise fine. Wifi good. Some street noise but not too bad. Would happily stay here again."

"View was excellent. The facilities were poor. They charged us extra 3 euro for city tax which was not on the booking. And if we wanted A/C would be 5 euro per day. "

"Pictures looked great. No hot water. They tried to charge me twice. Most items from minibar were missing. I informed them of this on check on but on checking out there were no notes of this. Electrical outlet was unsafe hanging near head of bed. Had to move the bed. "

"Relaxing and peaceful. The restaurant service could use a bit more friendliness. The waitress had no interest in explaining the menu choices. We used the spa. It's an additional charge of 10 euro per person to use steam room, sauna, and indoor pool. The pool temperature was too cold, we were expecting a heated pool. Other than that, we were happy with our stay. "

"It was a clean and quiet hotel. I had a beautiful view of the Mother Theresa House and a new church!! I was also able to easily walk to museums, restaurants, and tours from there."
