"Room was located away from main hanok. Our hanok for family of 4 ( kids are young adults) was spacious. This requires going up some steps which was manageable. The A/C was very strong & there were 2 ceiling fans which were quite helpful in keeping the place nice & cold which we greatly enjoyed. The place was nicely decorated. We were treated to a traditional Korean breakfast which was also quite nice. Our visit here was greatly enjoyed"

"We stayednights to visit Bulguksa temple and Kyongju city ​Location: Excellent location, only a 10-minute walk to Bulguksa ​Facilities & Service: Fairly brand new facilities. Received a room upgrade that was much bigger than expected. Everything was excellent. ​Atmosphere: Felt more like a mix between a motel and a hotel. Have a big TV and hot tub. ​Transportation: Visited many royal tombs, which cost about $15 for a taxi ride each way."

"I loved my business stay at Sono Calm Yeoju, so this time I chose Sono Calm Gyeongju. First of all, I really liked the location, and having a hot spring within the resort made it even more appealing. I still don't quite understand why hotel guests only receive a 20% discount for using it, but I suppose that's common in Korea, where pools and spa facilities are often charged separately.
