Great location, very friendly staff and some handy extras - umbrellas to use in torrential rain; postcards, stamps and a postbox; self-service coffee throughout the day and an excellent breakfast. Very good value for money and lovely, spacious and clean room. Cannot fault this hotel in any way and would recommend highly to anyone visiting Gyeongju.

Great hotel- lots of extra special touches with free coffee and ramen available every day and provides water and bathroom amenities like toothpaste etc and laundry facilities. Room and bed were comfortable and we were very happy here for 3 days.

Great value for the price. The location of the hotel is perfect for walking to most sites. The breakfast was okay and cereal is available after breakfast hours. Free ramen and rice were available until the cafe closed for the night. Purchasing detergent and using the laundry machines was seamless. I huge plus for me was netflix being available on the TV. I wasn’t a fan of the bath towel situation. They give you four hand towels in the room, but you have to get a bath towel from the front desk. Why not just stock them in the individual rooms? Overall it was a good experience and I would return.

Really nice hotel, friendly staff, nice room and safe luggage storage. Fresh coffee station all day and unlimited noodles was a nice touch. Breakfast options were a little limited but still fine and all round great value.

The bathroom was great. It had a huge, clean shower area, which was cool. The toilet was high tech for us :D. The room was big and clean and the air conditioner was great - quiet and cooled brilliantly. (I personally found the mattress a tad hard, but my son was fine with it). There were no bedside lights so the room lights had to be kept on. That was a bit odd at first, but I got used to it. There wasn't a room safe so valuables are left in the room. The breakfast buffet...wasn't bad per se, food is food. The breakfast area was...intimate. Imagine being in your grandmother's kitchen, fighting for a place at the table with weird cousins you don't know, while she's grimly doing the washing up. However, although the food options were limited, you could eat as much as you want, and I appreciated the grapes, apples and oranges. The staff had a business-like approach to welcoming customers, they got the job done. Actually there was one young man in particular who was lovely and he kindly helped when I couldn't figure out how to operate the shower. 10/10 for him! The location was excellent and ubers/taxis easy to get from there.

Clean comfortable hotel, excellent location, walkable to the Daereungwan Tomb sites and the Observatory. Staff could be a little friendlier but overall answered our questions matter of factly.

Our room was spotless (seemed like a recent renovation), quiet and comfortable. The staff were very pleasant and helpful, and the free continental breakfast was very good. Great stay and great value.

Room was very tidy and clean. Had underfloor heating (which can be turned down via the hotel staff as it was much too warm for us), air conditioning and WiFi controllable lighting. Very nice bathroom also. Plenty of amenities available and staff were very friendly and efficient. Breakfast was simple but has all the necessities. There is also a self serve instant noodle station and also in the same floor a self serve laundry.

Staff was so helpful. Bathroom was 3 times bigger than most hotel. Breakfast/ Slicing fruit every time they needed, so fresh. You could smell the croissants baking.
