"Pros: nice room, dinners were good, beautiful beach
Cons: 5 star price…3 star service. Island time is definitely a thing, and that’s okay unless you want to charge premium prices. Took 40 minutes to get a shuttle to one of the villages, while the whole time an empty shuttle was sitting out front, but no one would take it (even though it worked). 1.5 hour wait to one of the restaurants for 2 people that had multiple open tables, when I inquired about it, they said they were being held, but they explicitly told us no holds or reservations. Some of the staff were awesome, but as a whole most seemed disinterested with a “not my job” attitude.
Overall: if you have young kids, probably a great place. Lots of pools, great beach and several things geared towards children. If you have teenagers or no kids and expect service comparable to the price tag, stay somewhere else. "
