"I booked a luxury house … When we got there we were put into an apartment. After speaking to the manger we were into the luxury house …but when go to the house the carpets were wet. They then tried to give us another house that didn’t look as if it was clean … "

"The carpets were dirty and I felt like they only clean the inside, the outside stoep was dirty as well. The sleeper couch needs to be changed as well, they are too old"
