"Check in was fast, room was clean and they moved us to a higher floor. Parking is a fair walk to the opposite side of the complex that takes up the entire city block. They also have a new policy (since the last time we stayed at this hotel) of not allowing guests to use the trolleys… you have to use a valet. It was an annoyance. The hotel is quiet, clean and in a great location. If you stay here, check in, drop your luggage and then park due to the walk."

"The room was very clean..The staff were very pleasant and check in was easy with No issues.. We were in Room 1618 and would like to say the view of The Falls was amazing ! The only issue I had with the Hotel is the Parking Fee of $50 Canadian per night.. This is the first time I’ve ever had to pay for parking at a Hotel that I’m staying at. "
