"Clean room ,quiet , helpful staff "

"The hotel was lovely. Only problem was I booked a harbor view room which I paid extra for however there weren’t any available when I arrived."

"Staff were incredible. The room was generally clean with the exception of toothpaste that was on the bathroom wallpaper and crumbs beneath the glass top on the desk and the chair was soiled. Pool and fitness room were closed during my stay. Wish I had known prior to booking."

"When we arrived it turned out they didn’t have our reservation from Expedia and were fully booked. This was a frustrating situation especially when it was our first stop on our vacation. The staff were quick to solve the problem and moved us to the Leaside Manor down the road where we were greeted by amazing staff that helped us settle in with ease. Big thanks to everyone that helped us from the Monastery and Leaside Manor. "

The check-in and check-out process was smooth and quick. The location was convenient, and the overall atmosphere was calm and relaxing. "Very well situated in downtown St. John's, walking distance to everything! Friendly staff, plenty of amenities, and an amazing restaurant The Bivver. Will definitely revisit!"

"The rooms are spacious and the staff generally friendly and helpful. Breakfast is a great start to your day with a variety of offerings. The parking lot is adequate, but turning left when you come out to the main road is probably fatal 9 times out of 10, still, that’s probably true of any of the hotels leading up to the mall."
