"The place was a great price. Wonderful staff. Not sure if it was the manager. But an Mediterranean/Arabic looking tall guy checked me in. He was amazing. The a young Russian girl in the morning. They both wet above and beyond. So refreshing because I've noticed a real downward spiral of Hotel's charging expensive prices and they are not up to par. this was a great stay. Busy as well. So they are doing something right."

"Very cool place to stay! The hotel is a visual smorgasbord tribute to rock and roll history. We got a great off season rate, room was clean and comfortable, great location with harbour views and staff were friendly. there is a cafe, casual dining, fine dining, lounge, valet parking, pool, spa services and a state of the art theatre all on site. Highly recommend!!"

"Located downtown making it easy to walk to all the venues. Parking is underground and safe. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms and hotel common spaces were clean. My wife is a germafob and she was completely comfortable here. The rooms were also high tech to control the lights, blinds, etc. Amazing stay. Would stay again."

"Not clean, they put us to a dirty, dark and musty room, I asked help from the hotel.com chat room, and helped us right away to transfer to another room."

"Great downtown location with interesting history and layout. A little bit run down in some areas, e.g., elevator, and some exits/entrances are not useable anymore, which makes getting in and out a bit tedious sometimes. Room was clean and promptly serviced. Staff were fantastic. Breakfast is continental style but minimal. "

"Room was clean and staff were friendly band helpful. The Hotel Was under renovations so during the day it was noisy and dusty. The fire alarm went off one morning at 0600 hrs and when we went outside there was ice on the sidewalk causing a few people to slip and fall No one was outside to help people. Then the rest of the day the alarm kept going off"
