"La propiedad estaba muy limpia, organizada. Llegamos al hotel a eso de las 9:30 am y ya pudimos hacer check-in y subir a la habitación. Tengan en cuenta que las habitaciones son muy pequeñas y se puede decir que hasta incómodas. Los baños compartidos la verdad no son un problema porque hay cuatro en cada nivel, nunca tuve que esperar por usar uno; eso si, son algo pequeños pero siempre muy limpios."

"Ein tolles Hotel am Times Square. Frühstück für amerikanische Verhältnisse sehr gut, Kaffee wie gewohnt etwas zu dünn, Zimmer sehr groß, sauber und recht ruhig, alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Betten bequem. Wartezeit am Fahrstuhl zeitweise etwas lang, aber alles in allem gut organisiert auch beim Frühstück. Ich würde hier wieder buchen."

"Staff were great and always helpful. Access to the elevators for high floors is fantastic and the hotel is clean and close enough to make most attractions walkable, without living in a very noisy area. If i was to have one criticism it would be that our room was not cleaned until after 17:00 on 3 of the 4 days of our stay. "We travelled as a family of 4 adults and were given 2 queen size mattress. It was adequate for us and comfy. Only gripe I had with the bed was that the bed frame was atop a metal base with sharp edges at the base plus the frame was held together by clasps which jutted out! I had the unfortunate incident of grazing against it twice wand caused a cut both times. I’ve mentioned to the front desk and the lady apologised and said she will notify the management about it.
