"Lovely welcoming attentive staff, great breakfast and spacious room. Nice pool too. I gave four stars instead of five because our room had aircon issues so we were cold the whole time. The tech came but it was a bit of a ‘wait and see’ situation and by the time we got in after our night out, we were too tired to request changing rooms."

"The hotel is excessively darkly lit, feels very American. Rooms and restaurants all have very low light. Breakfast was good however there are blinds that drop down preventing access to the food area at exactly 10:30 am on weekends, and at 10:00 am on week days, the latter we didn't realize until we were shut out mid-breakfast on a monday (morning two of our stay so was a surprise and staff were not flexible). Location is good, as is the gym and pool area. But I would look elsewhere next time....
