"Stayed in the hotel for a convention at ICC, really quick walking distance made it very convenient going back and forth! Room was spacious and functional, perfect for 3 people. Would recommend for smash con goers or any convention in ICC!"

"The staff was extremely helpfull when arriving and organised a early check in even though the place was fully booked. Thank you so much! Excelent stay overall. The only minus was that I was not informed that my luggage had arrived, so I had to call to the airline to find out they had deliverd my luggage already last night."

"I have stayed here before and will stay again. I like the location for shopping and theatres. The only thing that let it down ever so slightly, according to my booking confirmation from Expedia, my checkout time was 11am, but the hotel stopped my room key working at 10am. Maybe there is a miscommunication between the hotel and Expedia?"

"Staff were extremely helpful. Concierge were so lovely and had great personalities and customer service. I received an upgraded room, cake, wine and fruit platter as I mentioned I was there celebrating my birthday. The view from the room, especially the bathroom was amazing. Highly recommend staying here. "
