"My stay was amazing! I was a little nervous after reading some of the reviews, but everything was smooth from start to finish. Check in was easy and Calvin was great. My room was clean and comfortable and getting access to Atlantis was seamless. I actually had friends staying at The Coral at Atlantis who were without running water for almost two days and they ended up having to use my shower, which definitely made me appreciate my stay even more. Every time I walked through the hotel, I was greeted by friendly employees. The only thing I noticed was that the hallways were a little warm, but that’s hardly a complaint and didn’t affect my stay at all. Overall, I had a great experience and will definitely stay here again!"

"Beautiful resort with amazing amenities! My kids absolutely loved the water park and the beaches. Overall, the resort was clean, beautiful, and we had an enjoyable stay. I would have given 5 stars, but I truly feel the resort needs to invest more in customer service. Unfortunately, many of our interactions with staff were disappointing, as several employees came across as rude or condescending. There were only a few occasions when staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. For a resort of this quality, I expected a much higher level of hospitality and customer service. With some improvement in this area, this resort could be an exceptional experience. Despite that, we still had a nice time and enjoyed the beautiful property and amenities."
