"Everyone was really friendly and nice, location and food were great! The only note would be for management to catch up with property condition."

"Staff were great…closet has an awful smell, we never used it…size of the pillows were small and uncomfortable. Outdoor pools were ok but used next door hotel’s infinity pool and jacuzzi. It’s fun to watch the cruise ships when they are leaving."

"Travelled with family and 2 kids. The check in went smoothly and staff were friendly. The room is big size for family of 4. Staff are always cleaning. The location is walking distance to lots of tourists attractions. We also had the buffet breakfast. Worth the every penny. We had omelette every day. The kids loves the pancakes and or the waffles. We enjoyed our stay."

"Riu was an exceptional stay! Service was great, food was delicious, the events they had were fun, drinks were tasty. The resort was in a prime location as well! However, Riu doesn’t have an openly available transport so you will likely rely on taxis to get around if you plan to go far- bring cash."
