"The hotel was enormous, it has tons of amenities and lots to do. Only drawback was that things were very far apart so lots of walking. Our room was large and beautiful, we stayed in the 2bedroom regal suite, perfect for families. However, the food was disappointing, especially for being so expensive. Seafire Steakhouse was our favorite restaurant on the resort and worth the money, otherwise Shake Shack was most reliable and tasty. "

"The staff were very nice and accommodating. Only thing I have to say is to renovate the rooms, upgrade furniture & a Smart TV would be nice. They should clean out the cooling system so it doesn't smell old. & Maybe bleach wipes to clean and freshening sprays can be use to help. I get that it one of the oldest places( about 3 decades) but for visitors something more modernized as far as the rooms. Place was very peaceful, calm, very chill. "I was very disappointed with the housekeeping department. They did not clean my room for 3 days. Terribly BAD! I went to verbalize my concerns to the front desk and asked if the hotel staff clean the guest room daily. They stated sometimes. Horrible service, a Motel 6 provide better service"

"The room we booked was quite small so we asked to upgrade to a suite. We were offered an upgrade for a very reasonable price. Our suite was perfect. Plenty of room, a real kitchen, separate bedroom and a large patio. "
