"Staff was very friendly! However, the hotel was lacking updates and communication was not the greatest. We were told to call down 10 minutes in advance if we wanted the valet to pull our car around. Two out of the three times they never got the message to pull it around so we ended up having to wait 20 minutes, making a slate for other reservations and activities. "A beautiful place to stay. Nice location close to the Santa Fe Plaza, walking distance. Our room was very nice and comfortable, clean, did have problem with the bathroom door, it dragged on the floor due to uneven floor. Staff nice and courteous. We enjoyed our stay. Would stay again and would recommend. "

"The ambiance of the hotel was charming--felt intimate and friendly and had all the amenities. Hotel is just off the plaza so easy to walk to shops and restaurants. We treated ourselves to a king bed room with a fireplace in the separate living room. Upon request a staff member came and started a fire, which was lovely on cool evenings. There is a small bar attached to the hotel with a pizza maker serving up delicious fresh pizza. The rooms were spacious and clean, though bathroom a bit dated."

"Everything was perfect from beginning to end, they were so welcoming at check in, parking was abundant and easy. The room was exactly as pictured online and the bed so comfy! A/C worked like a dream. The entire property is so charming and the location is extremely convenient to all of Santa Fe. Not having to check out until noon meant we could enjoy some sightseeing and a siesta after our delicious complimentary breakfast. Have never had an easier experience traveling with a dog. Only regret is...

"Exceptional staff Luis I think it was in the front desk was amazing went above and beyond and the staff at the restaurant amazing they’re closing I traveled all day. I was exhausted and hungry. They stayed open and help me out and the food was amazing. Highly recommend it stay there 1920 classic spot go sign your name on the book that way it will be written in history"
