"The hotel is an older facility and it shows in the condition of the woodwork in the halls and in the chipped paint on the room doors. Our room was dark with not enough outlets and no ceiling lights other than in the bathroom. The room was clean, the bed and pillows were comfortable, there were ample pillows on the bed. I would have liked to have known there was no elevator before I booked a second floor room. Breakfast was good, fresh, plenty of variety, different items daily. I would book...

"The resort was amazing! I highly recommend and we will be back. The only issue was out of 5 nights, nobody ever came in to clean. When I was initially checking in I had heard a guest requesting her room to be cleaned, I was surprised to hear her request but after multiple days of going to guest services and requesting the same thing. I was disappointed. We had to continuously call for towels and it was a bit disappointing coming back to the room each day and seeing that they never came. "

"Everything, everyone was very helpful and friendly. It was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The rooms were large and it was quiet. I had car issues and the staff was very helpful in finding me a close auto shop. Will definitely recommend the hotel. "
