"Hot water was out in entire building when we checked in, was not offered an apology or refund until we had to talk to manager the next day. Even after we were only offered a 25% refund and a disingenuous apology. Information on major maintenance issues would have been helpful to have when booking was made/ confirmed Hotel smelled of cigarette smoke and room overall did not feel very clean - carpet had many stains throughout and bathroom was not stocked with towels. Breakfast was not great and guests were not allowed to bring food to their rooms."

"Staff was kind but not efficient in getting things done. Asked for a crib three times and never received one. Our room was okay, the carpet was covered in dog hair and debris from the last stay as well as the bathroom floor. The shower had mold in the grout. The pool was mediocre. This hotel could use an update. The Lincoln Embassy Suites was much more updated, clean, and accommodating."

"The front desk receptionist was super nice but when we went around the property there were piles of trash and old recliners along side the building. The building smelled when we entered. Our room had a broken lamp shade and the curtains had holes in there. It smelled super musty. We chose not to stay and the receptionist refunded us without question."
