"The first room the door wouldn't open with the key card. The attendant had to open the door with her key. The ac unit had broken vents and was full of mold. The towels were filthy along with the room and the tv didn't work. The second room needed towels but it was cleaner than the first one. "

"Stayed in the St.Augustine room. Air conditioning worked well but maybe not as accurate as we put the temp on. There was No ventilation in the bathroom which likely was rough on the AC. Walls are thin so be mindful of that. The bed was SUPER comfortable. A thoughtful stool for getting into the bed was there and available. I missed that this place has free continental breakfast every morning. And as an even better surprise, they also have a wine happy hour. Beautiful courtyard as well as a balcony to enjoy. Walking distance from everything we wanted to see and do. Staff was absolutely amazing. "

"There were not many staff at the property. There wasn't an elevator at the property so you have to use the stairs. There were dirty towels, the tub was stained, no trash can liner in the trash can and there was inappropriate activities that was going on at the property. The bed, however, was comfortable in a way.
