"It didn't feel like a resort. It felt like a renovated old apartment complex. Bathroom looked outdated, with a small tub and no place to hang used towels. However, the room and bathroom were very clean. Phones did not work so we could not get room service. The front desk staff was understanding and waved resort fee for the lack of phone. Checkin was smooth and pleasant. Food at the outdoor market and restaurant was so so. We didn't try the new restaurant."

"Service at your hotel is what stood out the most 💐 Giselle was able to check me in early (since the room was available) she recommended and booked a wonderful mud bath and massage session (with Anna) … BOTH experiences exceeded my expectations!! Clean, efficient and SUPER relaxing which is why people are there ! Your pool and jacuzzis were amazing - perfect temperature!! Overall one of the best experiences ever; I felt more like visiting friends not just another guest. GREAT ROOM TOO !!...

"The property itself is very beautiful. Compared to other 5-star hotels in the area, I was underwhelmed by the breakfast offerings which were the same every day and a bit lackluster. Additionally, the walkways had the same dirty ice buckets/glasses lining the paths that cleaning service did not pick up for over a day. The front desk staff was not very friendly and we paid $16 for two popsicles by the pool that came in their "Outshine Fruitbars" plastic wrappers and were extremely frostbitten,...
