"Service staff are above and beyond in making sure we feel welcomed and at home. The entire hotel feels semi-outdoor with tons of open walls and huge windows. Despite this unique environmental set up, the hotel remained super clean and well maintained. Impressive. Room is clean and the belcony is truly one of its kind. "If there were one word to describe my stay, it would be “Perfect”. From the full windowed rooms which view is right to the beautiful lake to the wonderful staff at the hotel, the whole experience was amazing. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. "因為是家人參加日月潭泳渡，飯店有提早詢問是否需要備早餐這點很好，且還貼心的給了四個口味的飲料。地點便利、櫃台解說詳細，早餐小而美也好吃，重點是湖景非常漂亮，房間的話床非常舒適，乾淨整齊，唯一美中不足的是廁浴沒有掛勾可以放置換洗衣物的地方，比較不便"
