"One of the best ways to meet local people is to stay in a place like this. The owner was very friendly and helpful, collecting us from and taking us back to the station. The property was very clean and comfortable and located in a residential area. There was a go-kart centre opposite but not an issue. "My wife and I needed to get away to refresh and relax. Brilliant Twins did the trick. We traveled in December so the nights were cool which meant that the room was cool. There was no heat but the bed-warmer was great - we rested well on the firm bed. The room was rustic, with no carpeting, but generally clean and kept up well. The Bathroom was simple and good enough! We arrived at night so we couldn’t really tell what the exterior looked like. When we woke up in the morning we were blown away...

"The beds were very firm to our liking! The beds also seemed to be clean. However, other parts of our room didn’t seem to be cleaned, especially at the windows to see outside the street vendors. Windows were not cleaned and there were black dirt near the sill. The window curtains were also very torn. "

"店家的標準4人房是一間浴室不在房間內的4人雅房，房間有2張雙人床、1個邊櫃、1個梳妝台、1個只能看到別人家的陽台跟可能放不下4人行李的小走道。房間門口正對樓梯口，房間內沒有小燈。樓梯的燈光會透過門口上方的透明玻璃打進房間，非常亮，必須等到旅客都休息後，出去把樓梯間的燈關掉才能睡覺。不建議冬天帶小孩的家庭選這間，洗澡會很麻煩，浴室、門外走道跟房間內是三種不同溫度，入住當晚約4度左右，小孩容易著涼。房間隔音不佳，當晚遇到陸客，他們的小孩上上下下玩抓迷藏非常開心，房間內也聽得非常清楚，所以休息時間須配合其他旅客。早餐好吃、有電熱毯不錯。以上意見供大家參考，考慮這家的朋友務必慎選之並且看清楚衛浴設備是否為共用，若標示共用表示是4人雅房，千萬別被標題的4人標準房給誤導了。"

"This is my fourth stay in this hotel/resort and I must say that I'm still very impressed with the quality of the place. The room was great with comfortable beds and a nice tub for soaking in the natural hot and cold spring water. However, this is the first time I've visited the hotel during a non-peak period and I was not too pleased with the standard of the breakfast that was served. "The room advertised 'without a window', was in fact very very small. The squeeze into the bathroom through a quarter door may not be possible for the larger folk among us, but, the room was cosy non-the-less."
