"Breakfast is good. Hotel you have to get wet if it’s raining to get to your room. Found hairs in the bed. Got hustled by one of the workers for a city tour. Towels have the year on them. We got one from 2023 that was brown. They will not see me again. "

"This property is WONDERFUL, from the warm greeting on arrival, so the gorgeous facilities. Its location to Sesriem (Dead Vlei) and Namib Hot Air Ballooning make it the perfect spot for a stay. "A very old and worn-out building. Musty smell. Wobbly floorboards. No air-con. I was hassled twice to move my motorcycle to an inadequate parking place, even though I had booked an apartment with parking. The receptionist behaved a bit oddly, putting pressure on me to but her a drink, which was uncomfortable. I booked two days, but left after one. In quite a good location to walk along the sea front. Swakopmund is a nice town."
